BMW Inside Edge is a ground-breaking new programme dedicated to BMW Company Car drivers. It offers rewards, benefits and unique partnerships, giving business drivers a more seamless experience in business and life.

BMW Inside Edge is specifically designed for BMW Company Car drivers who have obtained their car through their employer.

If you are invited to join, please register on the homepage using your work email address and vehicle number plate. You can then start enjoying the rewards. If you are having any issues registering, your employer might not have been enrolled yet. Please use our live chat service on the registration page for any questions.

At the end of the prize draw, BMW will notify winners via email to explain how they can redeem their prize.

If you are expecting delivery of a reward and it hasn’t turned up, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to support you.

As a BMW Inside Edge member, you are eligible for all of the rewards hosted in the reward section. Specific terms and conditions can be found on the individual reward pages.

You can claim as many different rewards as you’d like each month, but each reward can only be redeemed once. You can see the full choice in the rewards section of the platform.

We cannot swap rewards for a monetary value.

Much like a premium airline loyalty club, BMW Inside Edge members will be given exclusive access to tailored offers, competitions and rewards, as well as original content and leadership thought pieces. At the heart of the programme is a series of carefully curated partnerships, each chosen to help our Company Car drivers edge ahead, in business and in life.

Login to your account, then navigate to the reward section where you will find instructions to redeem your reward.

Some rewards are prize draws, and the winners will only be notified once the competition has finished.

We also have two bonus rewards, which are available on completion of a survey at the start and the end of the pilot. This survey is essential to ensuring that we can tailor and improve the programme over time.

Each reward will have an expiry date, which you can find on the reward page. After this time, you will not be able to redeem the reward. All terms and conditions can be found on the individual reward pages.

Chili

Your code will expire at 23:59 on the 28th February 2021.

Costa Coffee

The Drive In

You’ll need to show your ticket at the entrance to be allowed in. If your ticket hasn’t arrived via email (check your junk folder), send an email to customers@kxtickets.com and one of our team will get back to you.

Your voucher is valid for 1 car ticket regardless of the number of occupants. Everyone needs to have a seat and all occupants must be from the same household or support bubble in line with the latest COVID-19 government guidance.

You are able to choose your film from the list under the “What’s on” tab.

There are regularly cleaned toilets on site. Please ensure to stay 2 metres away from other guests if there is a queue, and we ask that, unless exempt on medical grounds, you wear a face covering whilst moving around the arena.

Your tickets will arrive via email.

Feel free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to The Drive In. Just remember to take your litter with you, and please note that you may not bring alcohol or glass on site. A licensed bar and diner will be available on site selling classic movie snacks. Details on how to order will be available when you arrive. We can currently only accept online payment. Your refreshments will be brought to your bay by a member of staff in a contact-free manner to comply with social distancing. Remember, you’ll need to show some ID before receiving an alcoholic beverage.

Yes, as long as you have your ticket.

Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the performance. You can either exchange your ticket for another showing or receive a cancellation voucher which you can redeem at a later date. If a showing is cancelled, you can get a full refund. Just contact us at customers@kxtickets.com for further information.

Harman Kardon

There will be an option to input your discount code at the check-out. Please add your code before you press the ‘Check out’ button.

If you are using the discount code, you can find information about P&P on the Harman Kardon website.

Only one discount can be used per user. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Please speak to our customer service team and they will arrange an update.

Hussle

Before your initial 7-day trial has ended, you can cancel or pause your Monthly + Pass in the ‘My Passes’ section of your Hussle account (on the Hussle website). Alternatively, you can contact info@hussle.com. If you don’t cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will auto renew for a minimum term of 3 months. After this term has ended you can cancel or pause at any time.

As your Monthly+ Pass has a minimum term, you will only be able to pause or cancel your pass at the end of your minimum term.

Your pass will renew automatically on the same day each month. You can check your renewal date at any time in your order confirmation email, or on the My Passes section of your account.

PepTalk

You can make changes up to 24 hours before your session by getting in touch with the PepTalk team. After that point, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations, and you'll be charged for the full price of the PepTalk.

Shaw Academy

Card details are not required, you can simply click 'Proceed without card'.

You will be eligible for an e-certificate on completion of the course. These can be purchased from the resources section of the course. This applies to both one course and premium memberships.

Expensify

You can export expense data from Expensify into a CSV file to upload into another system that accepts that file type. You can also print a PDF copy of your expense reports.

The Track and Submit plans are designed for individual use. If you're interested in using Expensify with other members of your company, the Group plans are best suited for this.

Expensify can be accessed on any web browser by visiting expensify.com. Any updates made on the web/mobile app are synced in real-time.

Personal Details

Your Inside Edge account is tied to your work email address and your number plate. You can amend your details at any time by contacting Customer Services on 0800 561 0666 or sending an email to customer.information@bmw.co.uk.

You are also able to request information about your data stored at BMW UK as well as request the correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. Further details regarding the processing of your personal data can be found in BMW’s Privacy Policy.

As part of your registration, you will have opted to receive emails about BMW Inside Edge.

There was also the option to register for personalised communications based on your preferences and use of products and services from BMW Group companies. If you have consented to e-mail Marketing you can amend or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Customer Services on 0800 561 0666 or sending an email to customer.information@bmw.co.uk.

Yes absolutely. BMW Group UK understands that its use of your information requires your trust. BMW Group UK is committed to high standards of data privacy and will only use your information for clearly described purposes and in accordance with your data protection rights.

We use technical and organisational security measures including encryption and authentication tools to protect your personal information, against manipulation, loss, destruction, and access by third parties.

Although data transmission over the Internet or website cannot be guaranteed to be secure, we and our business partners work hard to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements. Our main security measures are:

• Tightly restricted access to your data on a “need to know” basis and for the communicated purpose only.
• Transferred collected data only in encrypted form.
• Highly confidential data stored only in encrypted form e.g. credit card information.
• Firewalled IT systems to prohibit unauthorised access e.g. from hackers.
• Permanently monitored access to IT systems to detect and stop misuse of personal data.

If you have a personal password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites or any other portal, app or service we operate, do not forget your responsibility for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

We retain your information only as long as is necessary and only for the purpose for which we obtained them. We restrict access to your information to only those persons who need to use it for the relevant purpose. Our retention periods are based on business needs and your information that is no longer needed is either irreversibly anonymised or destroyed securely.
